4 days ago I got some error with my computer. Somehow I can’t browse anything on internet even my yahoo messenger has got the same problem. But my modem was still connected to the internet. Before all that happen I got some strange message show me like this:

Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

EventType : BEX P1 : svchost.exe P2 : 5.1.2600.2180 P3 : 41107ed6
P4 : netapi32.dll P5 : 5.1.2600.2180 P6 : 411096ac P7 : 0000a3c0
P8 : c0000409 P9 : 00000000

I don’t know why before so I click “don’t send” to quit from this message then my computer shown like debugging mode. I think I feel okay with this situation but not for along time. Then bang..! I can’t browse any webpage anymore. The easy way is by restarting my computer to begin. But the error message still showed to me after 2-5 minutes. Arrrgghh…these messages make me crazy. I scan my computer that I think got infected by virus or spyware but none. Those message always shown again and again. The other problem is I don’t know what the code mean is below:

Actually I’m not the programmer. But as usual I always try to know how to fix the problem until I know what causes the problem.

After looking on any forum even the topic who discuss this problem too, then I found that something similar with this. The simple way to fix this problem is closing some port. The port 135 and port 445 must be closed first. Here’s you’ve got to do:

Closing port 445:

Open your Registry Editor by:

• Start>Run
• Enter Regedit (The Registry Editor will now have opened)
• Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \System\CurrentControlSet\Services\NetBT\Parameters
• In the right-hand side of the window find an option called TransportBindName.
• Double click that value, and then delete the default value, those giving it a blank value.

Closing port 135:

With the registry still opened,

• Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\OLE
• you will see there is a String Value called: EnableDCOM
• Set the value to: N (it should currently be Y)
• Close the Registry Editor.

Restart your computer.

Now my computer has got no problem. All problems fixed very well. If you have the same problem like me, now you can easy to fix it. No need to re-formatting your computer.
